(CLEBURNE, TX) — Long time Johnson County Commissioner R.C McFall passed away over the weekend.  McFall died Saturday at the age of 73.  He served on Commissioner’s Court from 1993 to 2008.  Before that McFall was the Johnson County Fire Commissioner.  Fellow Johnson County officials say McFall was instrumental in securing funding for Hamm Creek Park and the Chisholm Trail Parkway projects.  In 2008, The Cleburne Times-Review selected McFall as its Man of the Year.
