(CLEBURNE, TX) – The owners of The Chisholm Trail Music Lounge have been arrested for running an illegal gambling operation, under the guise of a music lounge, where guests can go and download songs by up-and-coming artists.

The Cleburne Times Review reports that the Johnson County Attorney’s Office received complaints back in August, from residents concerned about illegal gambling operating within the city of Cleburne.  Co-owners Jake Russey and Taylor Sturdivant were arrested Wednesday following a raid where officers seized several gambling machines and $5,000 in cash.  They have both since bonded out of the Johnson County Jail.

Investigators say there could be more arrests in the case.
