(STEPHENVILLE, TX) – A 22-year-old man charged with Intoxication Manslaughter in connection with the hit and run death of a Dublin woman, has also been placed on an immigration hold.

According to the Stephenville Empire Tribune, 36-year-old Isabel Macias was struck and killed around 10:30 last Thursday night on FM 219.  Erath County Sheriff Matt Coates said investigators are still working with the victim’s family to try to piece together exactly what happened that night.

Raul Jimenez, a Mexican citizen, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and is being held at the Erath County Jail on a $500,000 bond and an ICE hold.
