(FORT WORTH, TX) – Texas election officials say they’ve received complaints from Tarrant County voters who say the machines flipped their votes.

According to The Star Telegram, two complaints have been reported through a third party.  State election officials have also received complaints across the state from early voters casting straight party tickets on Hart eSlate machines, who believe the machines changed their votes.  Tarrant County Elections Administrator Heider Garcia says “We have … tested everything…We don’t have any indication that there’s a technical issue.”  The complaints prompted the Texas Secretary of State’s Office has issued a statement saying “…voters should always carefully check their review screen before casting their ballots…If a voter has any problems, they should notify a poll worker immediately”.

This comes as a near record number of early voters are heading to the polls.  Early voting runs through Nov. 2nd.
