(FORT WORTH, TX) – A man is in now in custody after an overnight SWAT stand-off in north Fort Worth.

Police say it started around 11:00 last night with a robbery call at a motel on the Jacksboro Highway near Northside.  SWAT officers deployed tear gas to get a barricaded man out of a room at the Valley Motel.  The stand-off ended peacefully around 4 am when the man surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.  No one was injured.
