(Southlake, TX) — Carroll ISD trustees believe they’ve got a plan after a racist video featuring students showed up on social media.
Board Vice President Michelle Moore tells FOX 4 they have a Cultural Competence Action Plan which will hold students accountable for their actions. Moore says she’s encouraged by everyone wanting to move forward and grow, instead of being caught up in anger. The plans they say, involves cultural awareness and the formation of a diversity council.
