(Philadelphia, PA)  —  Former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush are now Liberty Medal award winners.

The two received the honors last night at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia with the award presented by former Vice-President Joe Biden.  Liberty Medals are awarded to recipients who have shown a commitment toward working to help military veterans.

Biden also presented the Dallas-based Bushes with Philadelphia Eagles jerseys, a fitting gesture as the Eagles played the Dallas Cowboys last night.
