(College Station, TX) —  A Texas A&M fraternity is suspended after violating school rules related to hazing, alcohol and drugs.

The suspension follows the investigation of the death of one of the fraternity’s freshman recruits.  Houston native Joseph Little died from an unexpected seizure at the Callaway House back in August.  Some suspected the death was linked to some of Phi Gamma Delta’s fraternity events before the semester began.

The fraternity has filed an appeal to the school board while College Station police still investigate Little’s death.
