(Grapevine, TX) — The Tarrant County Medical Examiner is still trying to figure out why a high school student from Abilene died in a Grapevine hotel last week.

The 15-year-old boy was a freshman at Abilene High School.  He was on a school-related trip when he was found dead in a room at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Friday.  Grapevine police say it doesn’t appear the teen took his own life and there’s no sign of foul play.  A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday in Abilene.
