(Dallas, TX) — Some North Texas grocery stores may not have gotten the message from the CDC about romaine lettuce contaminated with E. coli.

As of Tuesday afternoon, at least a couple of Metroplex stores were still selling romaine lettuce.  Most groceries have pulled it from their shelves, and local restaurants have thrown out their supplies of the risky green.  Shoppers who may find romaine lettuce lingering in stores today are warned not to buy it.

The CDC says the contaminated produce has sickened 32 people in 11 states.  Texas has been spared so far.
