(Fort Worth, TX.) – One passenger was injured early this morning when a Trinity Rail Express train hit a tanker truck at a railroad crossing on Calloway Cemetery Road south of Trinity Boulevard in Arlington.
Officials with Trinity Metro said the T-R-E train clipped the back of the tanker, hauling liquid asphalt, as it crossed the tracks around 5:30am. The area where the accident happened is mostly industrial. One person riding the train suffered minor injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured.
