(Fort Worth, TX) — The XTO Energy building in Fort Worth is under new ownership.

Development Service Group has purchased the 24-story building at 714 Main Street in downtown Cowtown, in a deal put together by hotel developer JLL.  The plan is to turn the almost 100-year-old building into a hotel.
