(Arlington, TX) – The City of Arlington is dealing with a leaf problem, they say is backing up trash pickup service.

The City tweeted that additional trucks were deployed over the weekend through today to assist in increased trash collection, because heavy leaf volumes continue to impact all curbside collection.  They also asked residents for continued patience with collection and thanked those who utilized the leaf recycling drop off locations.

Arlington says additional leaf collection dumpsters have been placed at the drop off locations to accommodate all bags.
