(Cleburne, TX) — A Johnson County man is under arrest for trespassing during a protest at a Cleburne church in which he told children there’s no Santa.

Aaron Urbanski of Joshua was one of several protesters who turned up outside St. Mark United Methodist Church on Saturday as the “Breakfast with Santa” fundraiser was about to begin.  The protesters reportedly used a bullhorn as they followed families across the parking lot and shouted at them that Santa is fake.

Police arrested Urbanski for criminal trespass when he refused to leave church property.
