(Fort Worth, TX) — TxDOT crews have been treating North Texas roads due to worries about a possible wintry mix tonight into tomorrow.

A brine solution is being sprayed on overpasses and roads across Tarrant, Wise, Jack, Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood, Somervell, Erath, Hood and Johnson counties, in hopes to preventing freezing.  The National Weather Service believes light accumulation will happen overnight as a front moves in the region.

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for cities like Jacksboro and Stephenville.
