(Benbrook, TX)  —  A bank robbery suspect is dead after a standoff with FBI agents.  It happened Friday afternoon in Benbrook.

A SWAT team and federal agents surrounded a Days Inn along Winscott Road near Interstate 20 when they learned the suspect was inside.  The rest of the motel was evacuated.  When officers got into the room, they found the suspect Austin Silvey needed to be treated for a drug overdose.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
