(Austin, TX) —  Texas Governor Greg Abbott is promising the state will have healthcare insurance which covers preexisting conditions.

He tweeted late this morning about the plan saying it would happen if an appeals court keeps Obamacare unconstitutional.  Abbott also says he’ll work with Congress to make sure Texans have access to the healthcare insurance they need.  A Fort Worth judge declared Obamacare unconstitutional late last Friday.
