(Arlington, TX) – An overnight police chase went through several parts of Tarrant County before coming to a crashing halt in Arlington.

It started just before 1 a.m. Wednesday in North Richland Hills.  A police officer pulled over a Dodge Charger with three people inside.  The officer was arresting the car’s driver on some outstanding warrants when the front seat passenger jumped into the driver’s seat and took off.  Police chased the car into Dallas and back into Tarrant County on westbound Interstate 30 until the car crashed along Ballpark Way in Arlington.  The driver and passenger both tried to run, but police caught them.  All three were taken to jail.
