Shots fired over Burleson love triangle

(Burleson, TX) – Burleson police arrested a Fort Worth man over the weekend, after he reportedly broke into an apartment and fired several shots from a .22 caliber rifle, at the people sleeping inside.

The Cleburne Times Review says the gunman struggled with a man and then chased him out of the apartment on Southwest Thomas Street.  Some of the incident was caught on video.  23-year-old Zackary Mitchell Wyatt was arrested on charges of burglary of a habitation and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  His bond was set at $700,000.

Police say Wyatt and a woman inside the apartment had a history of dating.
