(Brenham, TX) —  Blue Bell Ice Cream is borrowing some inspiration from Mardi Gras with a new flavor inspired by king cake.

The ice cream is cinnamon cake-flavored and has candy sprinkles and cream cheese.  The Brenham creamery’s announcement doesn’t say whether each half-gallon will have a plastic baby inside it, as the cake traditionally does.  The king cake flavor will only be available “for a limited time,” but there’s no telling whether that’ll be up to and including Mardi Gras.
