Assistant Stephenville Police Chief Goes Through Elite Training

(Stephenville, TX) – Stephenville Assistant Police Chief Jason Halsey recently graduated from the FBI National Academy after completing an 11-week program at the FBI campus in Quantico, Virginia.

At 41, Halsey was one of more than 250 officers who took part in the courses that included instruction on law, behavioral science, forensic science, understanding terrorism/terrorist mindsets, leadership, communication and health/fitness.  Halsey tells the Stephenville Empire Tribune that he did it to further his career in hopes of eventually becoming a Police Chief.
