(Fort Worth, TX) – Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price will face a challenger in her bid for re-election.  Tarrant County Democratic Party Chair Deborah Peoples announce yesterday she’s running for mayor of Fort Worth.  Peoples hosted a barbecue last night at Angelo’s in White Settlement to kick off her campaign against four-term Mayor Betsy Price.  The 66-year-old Peoples has chaired Tarrant County’s Democratic Party since 2013 after a 33-year career at AT&T where she served as a vice-president.
