(Dallas, TX) — The man who brought in some of the Cowboys’ all-time greats and built Dallas’s first two Super Bowl champions is headed to the NFL Hall of Fame.
The Hall announced over the weekend that longtime Cowboys player personnel director Gil Brandt is one of the eight-member Class of 2019. The 85-year-old Brandt will be inducted in August.
The other inductees include Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen and players, former Baltimore Ravens safety Ed Reed, record-setting tight end Tony Gonzalez, eight-time Pro Bowl lineman Kevin Mawae and cornerbacks Champ Bailey and Ty Law.
