(Arlington, TX) — The Rangers say they’ll retire Adrian Beltre’s number 29 before the June 8th game against the Oakland A’s.
Beltre retired at the end of last season, his eighth in Texas and his 21st in the Majors. The infielder and designated hitter was a four-time All-Star with the Rangers and banged out more than 31-hundred hits with four teams. Beltre was a five-time American League Gold Glove winner.
