(Arlington, TX) – Bob Stoops may be coming back to football.

Pro Football Talk reports Stoops will be the new head coach and GM of the Dallas XFL team.  The league is expected to confirm the former OU coach’s hiring today at a press conference at Globe Life Park in Arlington, where the Dallas team will play.  The XFL, which is owned by WWE founder Vince McMahon, is planning to launch in 2020.
