(Arlington, TX) —  The lawsuit aimed at stopping term limits in Arlington has been dismissed by a state district judge.

Arlington voters approved term limits for their mayor and city council in November.  The lawsuit claimed that people were wrongly led to believe current city council members could serve the remainder of their terms.
