(Stephenville, TX) – The Stephenville City Council has paved the way for the development of a new $20 million hotel as part of Tarleton Crossings.
According to the Stephenville Empire Tribune, the council has entered into an agreement with SRH Hospitality, who says the hotel will likely be a Marriott, Hyatt or Hilton. SRH says the property will have a minimum of 120 rooms and include a 15,000-square foot conference center. Only three new hotels have been built in Stephenville in the past 31 years, and none in the past five.
A formal announcement about the project will be made Wednesday afternoon at City Hall
