(Boston, MA)  —  Job applications in Texas are up more than 40-percent in 2018.

A new study by the website Resume-Library found that Texas is just outside the top 20 states considered to be the best places to find candidates.  Washington had the highest increase, more than 100-percent, while Wisconsin showed a 17-percent drop.
