Arlington Auto Dealership Accused Of Not Paying Off Trade-Ins

(Arlington, TX) — An Arlington used car dealership is being accused of not paying off trade-ins.

360 Smart Car is under investigation by the Department of Motor Vehicles.  Numerous customers have filed complaints, saying they got stuck paying for their old vehicles, along with their newer ones.
