(Fort Worth, TX) — A 32-year-old man is in custody, after hijacking a mail carrier’s truck.

Fort Worth police said Jerome Douglas faces a charge of aggravated robbery.  The incident took place yesterday afternoon on Millet Avenue in Southeast Fort Worth.  Police say Douglas was following and harassing the female postal worker before jumping in the truck and taking off.  He was then involved in a hit and run accident on Avenue J before being taken into custody.
