North Texas Financial Advisor, Radio Host Indicted For Investment Scheme

(Dallas, TX) — A North Texas financial advisor and religious radio show host is indicted on multiple charges.

William Neil “Doc” Gallagher of North Richland Hills is accused of stealing millions of dollars from senior citizens as part of an investment scheme. The multi-million dollar fraud was allegedly done through his company Gallagher Financial Group from December of 2014 to January of this year.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission says he raised at least 19-point-six million dollars from 60 senior citizens during that time.
