(Fort Worth, Tx) – Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run accident that happened early this morning in South Fort Worth.
Police say it began with a crash at the intersection of Berry and Hemphill streets around 2:45 am. They say one of the drivers left the scene and kept driving. The other driver followed him and came up on the man at another accident scene where he had hit a concrete wall under the bridge at Morningside and Main.
Police said the driver who fled the first accident was dead at the scene of the second crash. His identity has not yet been released.
