(Mineral Wells, Tx) – The Mineral Wells City will meet tonight to discuss putting term limits in place for the Mayor and Council Members.

The council has also listed a closed Executive Session on the agenda regarding the hiring and contract of a new City Manager.  Mineral Wells former longtime City Manger Lance Howerton retired in December, since that time the city has narrowed the search for his replacement down to 5 finalists.

The council meets tonight at 6pm.
