(Arlington, TX) — A 29-year-old man suspected of a road rage shooting last fall is now under arrest.

Andrew Cantu turned himself in to the Arlington police this week.  Last October on I-20 near Collin Street, Cantu reportedly sideswiped a car driven by Kyle Johnson, whose wife and two kids were with him.  When both cars pulled over, Cantu reportedly shot Johnson in the head, but only grazed him.

Cantu fled to Mexico after the shooting, leaving his damaged car with his parents in Pasadena.  He’s charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
