Leashed Steer Welcomed At Houston Petco

(Houston, TX) — A Houston-area Petco says all leashed pets are welcome.

One couple decided to test that this week by bringing Oliver into the store, an enormous African Watusi steer. Shelly Lumpkin and Vincent Browning filmed the encounter and were happy to report Oliver was welcomed with open arms.
