(Houston, TX)  —  A woman is suing the Astros over a broken finger she suffered last summer when she was hit by a T-shirt fired from a T-shirt cannon.

Jennifer Harughty is seeking more than a million-dollars in damages in her lawsuit filed Monday.  The lawsuit claims Harughty was injured at an Astros game when team mascot Orbit fired the T-shirt cannon into the crowd.  After two surgeries, she still has only partial use of the finger.

Her attorney says they sued after the Astros refused to help Harughty with her 40-thousand-dollars in medical bills.
