Blue Bell Premieres Cookie Cake Ice Cream Flavor

(Brenham, TX) — Blue Bell is announcing another new ice cream flavor.

The Brenham-based creamery says Cookie Cake Ice Cream contains pieces of chocolate chip cookie cake, along with swirls of chocolate and vanilla icing. A Blue Bell spokesman notes they’ve made a lot of flavors with either cookie or cake pieces mixed in, but this is the first flavor with both.

Cookie Cake Ice Cream turned up on store shelves on Thursday, and the company says it’ll only be around for a limited time.
