(Fort Worth, TX) — The mother of the “Affluenza Teen” is behind bars again, this time for failing a drug test.

Tonya Couch’s urinalysis reportedly tested positive for drug use.  This is the third time the 52-year-old mother of convicted drunk driving killer Ethan Couch has been locked up.  She’s still awaiting trial on charges of hindering apprehension of a fugitive and money laundering.  In 2015, she reportedly helped her son escape to Mexico after he violated his probation.

Tonya Couch’s lawyers are asking for a change of venue for her trial to happen somewhere other than Tarrant County.
