Champion Lady Bears Meet Trump

(Washington, DC) — President Donald Trump hosted Baylor’s national championship women’s basketball team in the Oval Office on Monday.

The Lady Bears beat Notre Dame 82-81 in the title game earlier this month. The team was served fast food from Burger King, Wendy’s and McDonald’s in the State Dining Room, the same spreads other sports teams were served during visits to the Trump White House.

It is the third time Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey and her teams have toured the White House after winning national championships.
