Arlington Officer Indicted For Fatal Shooting During Traffic Stop

(Arlington, TX) — An Arlington police officer is now under indictment for a fatal shooting during a traffic stop last year.

On Wednesday, the Tarrant County grand jury indicted Arlington Officer Bau Tran for criminally negligent homicide. He’s accused of shooting O’Shae Terry, who was trying to drive away from the traffic stop on September 1st.

Officers later searched Terry’s SUV and reportedly found drugs and a handgun inside it.
