(Fort Worth, TX) — Betsy Price is headed for her fifth term as the mayor of Fort Worth.

In Saturday’s election, Price scored 56-percent of the vote to defeat Tarrant County Democratic Party Chair Deborah Peoples at 42-percent.  A third candidate had two-percent of the vote, and a write-in candidate had nearly three-dozen votes in total.  Price’s fifth term is a Fort Worth record.
