(Waxahachie, Tx) – Police say a man was electrocuted while jumping from rooftop to rooftop in downtown Waxahachie.

It happened around 11:00 Sunday night.  Waxahachie Fire-Rescue and Police Department responded to the 100 block of N. Rogers Street in downtown Waxahachie on a call that an adult male had been electrocuted.  They found the man on the roof of a local business.

Investigators say the man was “jumping roofs for fun” when he accidentally came in contact with high voltage wires and was killed.
