Whataburger Hires Morgan Stanley To Explore Options

(San Antonio, TX) — Whataburger is hiring Morgan Stanley to explore its options about expansion.

A spokesperson says the Texas food staple is growing and is extremely attractive to investors. It is not known if Whataburger is exploring a sale or thinking about going onto one of the stock markets.

Whataburger has locations all over Texas, as well as shops in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
