Man Accused In FW Kidnapping Now In FBI Custody

(Fort Worth, TX) — The man accused of kidnapping a Fort Worth girl is now in federal custody.

The FBI took control of Michael Webb Tuesday although it is not known what charges he’s facing. Police say Webb abducted Salem Sabatka over the weekend while the eight-year-old was out on a walk with her mom in their Ryan Place neighborhood.

Webb was captured 8 hours later at a motel in Forest Hill and was being held on aggravated kidnapping charges at the Tarrant County jail.
