Amon Carter Museum Temporarily Closing For Spruce Up

(Fort Worth, TX) — The Amon Carter Museum of American Art in Fort Worth’s cultural district is temporarily closing next month.

The shutdown is so the museum can do campus-wide renovations over the summer. The museum says the changes include new lighting, movable walls, and new hardwood floors.

The museum will close on June 3rd and should re-open in September.
