(Granbury, Tx) – An investigation has been launched into operating policies at the Hood County Fire Marshal’s Office.

The Hood County News is reporting that the Sheriff’s Office has opened a criminal investigation, however no details have been given as to the nature of the investigation.

Hood County Commissioners held a closed session yesterday concerning what was listed as a personnel matter regarding the Fire Marshal, Ray Wilson and Deputy Fire Marshal, Jeff Young.  Following the meeting, Wilson was placed on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
