Texas AG Suing San Antonio Over Chick-fil-A Decision

(San Antonio, TX) — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing San Antonio over their decision to keep Chick-fil-A out of the airport.

Paxton says the suit is about forcing the city to make documents public under state law. The suit is being filed under the Texas Public Information Act. The San Antonio City Council voted in March to not give Chick-fil-A a concessions contract at the airport after a City Councilman said they had a history of anti-LGBTQ behavior.
