(Eastland, TX) — A rural school district in North Texas says it will start providing free school supplies to all its students from pre-K through the eighth grade.
Eastland ISD, which has about 12-hundred students, says the parents of kids in the eighth grade on down won’t need to buy school supplies any longer. The district says they’re trying to help parents handle the costs of sending kids back to school.
