Gallo And Minor Named To All-Star Team

(Dallas, TX) — Three Texas Rangers will be in this year’s All-Star Game now that Joey Gallo and Mike Minor have been added to the team.

Player votes added Gallo as a reserve, and Minor was added to the pitching roster as an MLB selection. This is the first All-Star game for both players. They’ll be joining Hunter Pence, who is the starter at designated hitter.

This is the first time three Rangers have made the All-Stars since 2013.
