Denton Students Turn Old School Bus Into Food Truck

(Denton, TX) — Some North Texas students have turned an old school bus into a food truck.

Engineering students at LaGrone Advanced Technology Complex in the Denton ISD made the transformation, doing automotive, welding, and design work. Students carried out the permitting process with the city and worked with the fire department concerning safety regulations.

The bus is on the campus of Braswell High School, where students prepare the food and run the business, which puts money back into the school.
